What comes in the shipping box?
Orders are sent carefully packaged in our up-cycled repurposed sari fabric jewelry pouches.
By repurposing discarded saris, our up-cycled sari pouches play a vital role in reducing textile waste. Instead of contributing to the growing environmental concern of textile pollution, our unique packaging breathes new life into these old garments, minimizing the demand for new fabric production and reducing the overall carbon footprint.
Jewelry items are protected inside each pouch by a soft jewelry sleeve or recycled kraft paper jewelry box, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity card.

Orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped in our 100% compostable packaging, and includes our signature flower kit!
International orders are sent carefully wrapped in simple biodegradable packaging for quick and easy customs clearance.

What if I need to return my order?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions of Return/Exchange:
Items may be returned within 30 days of order date, in original condition. If you requested ring sizing service by Jewelry on Repeat as a part of your original order, your item is still eligible for return or exchange. The cost of ring sizing or other services are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on items that have been sized or modified by a third party. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Jewelry on Repeat is not liable for items lost in the mail during return shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and it is recommend that the buyer purchases insurance on any return shipping.
